Commercial/Customer Innovation Manager – Premium Drinks
c.£55K + generous benefits and bonus package
Initial 9 month contract
Commercial savvy, a passion for innovation, excellent project management skills -all are key for this challenging new role working within the customer marketing team of a global leader in the drinks industry. In what is a very dynamic and creatively driven culture, your role here is to ensure that great new products coming through the innovation pipeline, are turned into a commercial reality with successful, best-in-class launches into the UK on and off-trade. This will involve you understanding each new product or range extension, and working with the sales team to inspire and secure the buy-in of key customers, sometimes making join account visits/presentations.
Combining project management, market and consumer insight, creative problem solving and commercial thinking, this is a role that could suit a brand marketing, innovation, account management or customer/trade marketing specialist. The priority is to ensure that all new launches are successful and that multiple projects involving different stakeholders across the business, stay on track. Initially available as a 9 month contract, this role has the potential to go permanent for the right person.
