We're working on behalf of one of the fastest growing consumer technology brands in the UK. They are looking to grow their Commercial/Trading Management team by adding a Commercial Manager to the team for 3-6 month period. This role will report directly to the Head of Multichannel Performance.
Essentially the role of the Commercial Manager in will be responsible for identifying and understanding channel performance trends, assessing performance against targets and ensuring action plans and initiatives are agreed with the business and implemented to close these gaps and achieve budgetary objectives. This will manage the delivery of continuous improvements to customer and business processes, ensuring effective delivery, implementation and engagement throughout the business.
You will need to have a good commercial aptitude and the ability to work within a complex matrix environment. This is a High profile role, regularly working with the senior leadership team and will be highly visible within the business.

The manager is ideally looking for candidates with a Telco, Fast paced retail or FMCG commercial background, who can work in a complex environment and really get under the skin of their commercial trading.

Day Rate: £300 - £400
