One of Yorkshire's most successful integrated agencies have created a new opportunity for a Communications Director. It's a unique and exciting opportunity to shape how their clients stories are told across Social, Partnerships, PR and Paid Media, leading the communications team.
The Communications Director will take on a talented and experienced team and be responsible for driving the growth of this function, raising its profile both internally and externally. Identifying opportunities with the agencies existing client base to develop their Content strategies, you will be responsible for presenting ideas to key stakeholders to secure their buy in. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team you will play a key role in new business pitches presenting the agencies credentials, and identifying additional prospects for the agency.
As Communications Director you will also be actively involved in the agencies ongoing Content campaigns, identifying the most effective channels to communicate the clients stories. Utilising all available insights and data alongside your own understanding of the opportunities within PR, Social and Paid Media, you will devise strategies that ensure the message reaches the clients key target audiences. As part of the agencies ongoing commitment to developing and retaining talent you will also be responsible for mentoring the team.
