Communications Officer, Hitchin -
A large not for profit organization in the heart of Hertfordshire has an immediate requirement for a Communications Officer. The candidate will be required to start as soon as possible on an for an initial period of 12 weeks.
During this time, you will be responsible for all media relations, so a PR or external communications background is an essential requirement for this role. Ideally, you will have over 2 years' experience in this sector.
Main responsibilities of the Communications Officer will include:
*Writing press releases
*Web content editing
*Social media management
You will have excellent written and spoken English alongside impeccable organization skills. Due to the nature of the role and the business, you need to be confident, proactive and able to deal with complex issues.
If you are a talented writer with 2 years' PR or Communications experience and available to start an interim post immediately, please apply.
