Our client is on the look out for a Conversion Optimisation Manager to join their growing team within their Leeds office. This client is an award winning digital media agency, with offices around the country and worldwide. This media agency has done work for some of the industries largest brands, with a fantastic portfolio of attractive accounts on their books.
The focal point of this Conversion Optimisation Manager position will be to build and develop the agency's CRO offering, in order to deliver the best results for their clients. This person will be project managing CRO engagements with clients, providing testing hypotheses based on data driven analysis. The chosen candidate will need to take an active involvement in new business pitches, showcasing the offering to potential clients.
What We're Looking For:
This candidate will need to have strong experience of conversion rate optimisation strategies and implementation. You will need to be analytically driven in your approach and have excellent communication skills to be used internally and externally. A good knowledge of Google Analytics and experience using website testing tools (for example: Visual Website Optimizer or Optimizely) would be ideal.
