Creative Brand Planner/Consultant
£60K-£80K + Bonus + Benefits Package

Working closely with clients to solve their toughest business challenges, the team builds commercially sound growth strategies, inventing and designing profitable products, propositions, services and businesses. Who we are looking for
Sitting alongside a team of consultants, strategists and ex client-siders, many of who have quite an analytical approach, my client needs someone who sits on the cusp of creative development and strategic planning; someone with a full creative toolkit (product innovation, copy-writing, naming etc.) AND someone who can ground this in analytical, strategic thinking in order to:
- Identify and position growth opportunity areas using data analysis, consumer insight, competitor analysis and brand understanding
- Invent propositions, products and services with flair and speed from initial idea to fully fledged proposition with a positioning statement, benefit, name and tag line.
- Be creative! Work with the creative team to transform a concept into a visualised product, service or proposition. A love of creativity, design and true innovation is key.
This is a challenging but exiting role which needs strong leadership, influencing and organisational skills; someone who can inspire, coach and train their colleagues and clients and manage senior stakeholders at CEO and CMO level with gravitas and conviction. Candidates will be restless and responsible, creative and clear thinking – able always to use of creativity to serve the business needs of the client.
