We're on the hunt for a Creative Art Director to join our client's global company to help deliver memorable and remarkable experiences across industries ranging from Healthcare, Retail and Professional Services. Have you got the creative eye that stretches across a variety of industries? Able to maximise your skills across digital content? Then this role is for you.
Our client has offices across the globe, offering opportunities such as this; members of the team come from various backgrounds in live events, print, advertising – you name it, our client has! Every individual play a crucial part of the team.
As Creative Art Director, you will be responsible for developing creative content on vital pitches, working on live events, interacting with clients' head on to fully understand their wants and needs and building rapport with each interaction.
Being able to work amongst your team will come naturally; but you must be able to mentor and manage your creatives to ensure briefs are completed efficiently.
Motivation and positivity must ooze from you. Organisation is a key part the role including a strong attention to detail – and if things aren't quite working your way, you must remain cool, calm and collected under pressure.
What we're looking for
In a role such as this, it is a requirement that you have fantastic leadership skills. As part of a communications agency, collaborating confidently with various clients will be normal for you. We're looking for someone who is charismatic, comfortable and confident around your peers and team.
Because you'll be heavily involved in the company's communication strategies, development, delivery and concepts; it is essential that you can prove you have experience of working in similar roles to this, with a portfolio to follow. Including experience in live events, strategic planning and art direction.
