We're looking for a highly creative, Integrated Designer with existing commercial, integrated, creative design experience marketing a product or service. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career by working in a short term role for a highly established, professional service consultancy. You could be an ambitious Junior Designer wanting a step up or a talented Mid-weight Designer simply ready for a new challenge within the world of creative graphic and digital design.

The company.

As an integrated Creative Designer you’ll be working amongst a small team of highly talented and creative designers, content writers and consultants and you will report to the Head of Marketing on a day-to-day basis. My client predominantly works across a number of internal and external projects across traditional print and advertising to online marketing channels. The pace within the company is fast moving and as they are currently going through a digital transformation, this is a really exciting time to join.

The role.

The right integrated Creative Designer will work on numerous campaigns ranging from responsive websites and banner advertisements to company literature and advertising, relishing the challenge of taking big ideas through to placement and position to the final delivery of graphics. To help achieve this, you’ll often be collaborating with the team of creatives and the Marketing Manager to merge content and design. In addition you will have the opportunity to help produce the company’s quarterly magazine and smaller publications.

The experience we need.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar Creative Designer role, either in-house or working for a marketing agency
  • Able to apply strong core design skills to a diverse range of graphic and digital projects
  • Produce beautiful, well-crafted, error-free designs
  • Expert understanding of corporate brands and how they behave in the design world is highly desirable for this role
  • Able to take direction and support more senior staff in the delivery of big projects
  • Mastery of core Adobe CC packages including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Collaborate effectively and have strong communication skills
