Creative Services Manager
Our client is one of the UK's largest and most well-known retailers. With an impressive portfolio of retail stores, they pride themselves in diversifying their offer and bringing new products and services to their customers. As a result, they are fast becoming market leaders in their field of retail. They have a rapidly growing ecommerce business, which has only expanded their offer to customers and as result of this continued growth and investment in marketing, they are now looking for a Creative Services Manager to manage, lead and develop an expanding team of creatives.
You will drive the development and expansion of the studio, resulting in a fully functional in house creative services department. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to deliver creative solutions which reflect the brand and deliver the business strategy.
You will have previous experience managing a creative team, probably in an agency, with experience being client facing and contributing to the creative direction of key campaigns. You will have solid knowledge of print, packaging and production processes as well as proven experience contributing to a brand strategy. You will also have a good understanding of digital design and feel very comfortable leading a multi disciplined creative department.
