  • CRM Administrator role working at a respected Legal 500 law firm
  • Great opportunity for a junior marketer with CRM experience
  • Reporting to the Head of Client relationships, this role will support the wider firm with CRM administration and support
  • Opportunity to support and gain exposure to various departments within the firm

The Role: This well-known national law firm is looking for a junior marketer to take on a permanent role in their London office. With relevant CRM experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the CRM system - InterAction. The role holder will be responsible for reporting on data extracted from the CRM for various objectives e.g. collaborating with the Event's Executive to report on data gathered from the firm's events. This role will require initiative and drive as well as the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities for the position of CRM Administrator include:

  • Maintaining and developing the CRM system - InterAction
  • Managing Vuture, the web-based marketing technology platform that is integrated with the CRM system
  • Extracting data from the system for use in reports
  • Improving the quality of data using the data quality tool within InterAction
  • Co-ordinating the mailing of newsletters and events
  • Assisting with the data and analytics aspect of the Key Client Programme and Client Listening Programme

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems, preferably in a legal setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Excellent IT skills with an aptitude for learning new software and skills
  • Ability to manage your own projects as well as work under pressure to meet deadlines

The Company: This leading national law firm with nearly 300 employees has their head office in London. The firm specialises in real estate, dispute resolution and public-sector infrastructure projects. This role is the next link in growing the marketing capability of the business.

The Package for CRM Administrator:

  • Basic salary: £26,000-31,000
  • 5% bonus scheme
