A well-known national leisure brand is seeking a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a completely new role, created to streamline internal CRM process and engage with the consumer and increase ticket sales. The ideal candidate will come from a leisure, retail or fast paced B2C sector and have experience in utilising CRM and Email to drive sales.
Working closely with business services and Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be able to manage and work closely with stakeholders to drive CRM best practice throughout the business.
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the group encouraging customer acquisition and retention
Convert requests into future customers utilising a number of CRM activities
Manage CRM and Email campaigns from concept through to delivery
Mapping out the customer journey
Segmenting customer database and carrying out split testing
Ensure data is up to date and plan the group data strategy
