An opportunity to take your CRM Database skills to the next level! As part of a dynamic Marketing team at this London law firm, you will be support the day-to-day management of the firm's CRM database. This will involve promoting the correct use of APEX across the firm, assisting with training, identifying potential enhancements and upgrades, ensuring that the marketing data is accurately maintained, and responding to user queries and feedback.
This is an integral role within the firm where you will be given key responsibility for the quality control of the firm's client information, and requires someone who is highly organised with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience of CRM Databases and working within professional services is essential, alongside strong communication skills.
