Ideally you will be educated to a degree level or equivalent with experience of using CRM systems. In this exciting period of change and development for the company you must have a flexible approach with the ability to use your initiative. A strong knowledge of email marketing is also highly desirable.
As email executive you will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and execute the CRM strategy across a number of brands. This will include the creation, delivery and analysis of vital email marketing campaigns. As well as the email campaigns you will also assist with other direct marketing channels, from conceptualising and exploring ideas, presenting the proposals and overseeing all of the creative elements and the production through to the successful implementation. You will then analyse these campaigns to build on their successes and learn from the failures to ultimately improve customer experience and retention as well as driving sales.
