THE ROLE
The purpose of the CRM Executive role is to support the CRM function of the business to ensure timely delivery of insight driven email marketing campaigns for engaging and retaining customers and driving revenue through repeat bookings.  

YOU
To be successful in applying, you will have:

 - Experience in creating rules and data segmentation for campaign targeting using SQL, Faststats and Responys.
- Experience in reviewing and improving trigger campaigns.
- Strong technical skills including HTML (Dreamweaver both creation and editing), XML, CSS, Photoshop and Illustrator.  
- Experience of creating personalised communications, using ESP or a CRM tool to target the right segment with the right message.
- Data manipulation, segmentation and personalisation.
- Track record of customer journeys, lifecycle, testing and reporting.
