CRM Executive - Online Travel

£27k - £32k per annum

South West London

A globally recognised brand in the online travel space is currently recruiting for a CRM Executive to create rules and data segmentation to support a rapidly growing marketing team. The CRM Executive is a key role to the business, and strong technical capabilties in HTML, XML, CSS and the Adobe marketing suite are essential. We are seeking a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of how data feeds into a brand's marketing capabilties.

Reviewing and putting forward recommendations for improvements on trigger campaigns will be central to your role, as will ensuring best practice and reporting on automated campaign effectiveness.

You will also hold responsibility for creating impactful website banners to support partnership marketing activites and building dedicated marketing landing pages via the CMS system.

Ultimately your work will have a large impact on engaging and retaining customers and securing repeat business through online bookings.

Key skills and experience:

-Strong HTML skills (Dreamweaver - creation and editing), XML CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator and SQL skills

-Experience in creating personalised customer communications via ESP or CRM tools to target the right customer with the right message.

-Experience using Responsys would be a significant advantage, although the clietn will look at experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or ExactTarget.

-A strong understanding of customer journeys, retention, acquisition and engagement.

-Keen interest in data manipulation, segmentation and personalisation.

-Strong experience in testig and reporting for ongoing improvement.

-Experience of creating website pages and microsites using CMS.

-A good understanding of rules, best practice and governance surrounding trigger and lifecycle communications.

-Experience in Faststats, Peoplesage and/or Google Analytics would be an advantage.

-Understanding of data integrity and the need to protect customer information.
