An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CRM Executive to join a major global law firm to work with the central BD team in supporting the development of the firm's global business development programmes. Working with the Head of Client Development you will support and coordinate the firm's key client and sector development programmes internationally and you will also support the day-to-day running and administration of the global InterAction CRM database.
Your main duties will include becoming the first point of call for users for InterAction related queries, assisting in the creation and delivery of training programmes for users across the business, working closely with the Data team to ensure continual review and improvement of the firm's client specific data and working as part of a project team on development projects including upgrades, rollout of new functionality and ad-hoc module review exercises. The role will also involve the provision of ad hoc support for the Director of Marketing & Business Development as required.
The ideal candidate will be a bright graduate with a degree in business or marketing and a minimum of 2 years marketing or BD experience gained whilst working in a professional services firm to include experience in editing websites and intranet content. Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team and to develop professional relationships and build business through diverse networks, it is essential that you are capable of managing and implementing tasks with a low level of supervision and possess strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of InterAction.
