A leading International legal firm is looking to appoint a CRM Executive. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the role holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the firm's CRM database (InterAction), including effective development, maintenance and training.
Acting as an advocate for effective InterAction use, the CRM Executive will need to combine an understanding of best BD practice, applied to using the CRM system to effectively capture, interpret and use the recorded relationships and activities to the firm's best advantage. You will be the system administrator and as such your duties will include active and archived folder management; security access and administration; data quality management; checking and resolving data change tickets; and advising on data entry standards and processes. The Executive will work with the wider team, partners, fee earners and secretaries as users and will be responsible for training users in effective usage of the system. You will also require an understanding of Tikit eMarketing, and the importance of its use in managing and maintaining relationships with clients and contacts.
You will be a confident, proactive team player, with previous system and data management experience of InterAction gained in a professional services environment. You will have a proven track record of results, a good academic record and possess a high attention to detail. To deliver new initiatives effectively the post holder must also have excellent task management, team working and presentation and communication skills. The CRM Executive's ability to be self-motivated and highly organised is imperative.
