A leading UK consumer business based in Coventry are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join their team based at their UK Head office in Coventry. The business has grown significantly over the last 20 years via acquisition as well as organically and they are now currently looking for a CRM Manager as they look to ramp up customer analysis and customer retention strategies. In this role you will be responsible for the direction and day to day operations of CRM programmes including development, building and delivering database marketing initiatives that achieve business results on a sustainable basis, including accurate and timely execution, reporting and strategic recommendations for future growth opportunities.
My client is looking for someone with strong database skills and strengths in analysis. This will be combined with marketing skills and experience allowing you to make appropriate recommendations to the business on the back of the CRM work you will be doing.
