A leading financial services organisation is looking to appoint a CRM Manager on a 6 month contract (based in Leeds city centre).
Heading up a small team you'll be responsible for developing, forming and embedding CRM strategies to ensure the customer is always put first and that the organisation maximises its revenue stream.
You'll plan and oversee the delivery of CRM strategies encouraging retention, recommendations and increased sales.
As part of the role you'll make sure that their IT systems and software captures the relevant data at the right points and that this is used effectively. Developing test and learn strategies will be a key part of the role, as will be the management of the budget and activity plan.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered you'll need to have strong CRM experience in a B2C environment. You'll have a worked across customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention. As you'll be managing a small team experience of people management is preferable as would be experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
