CRM Manager - Beauty
Up to £45,000 + Benefits
A fabulous opportunity to join this iconic Beauty brand as a CRM Manager. Reporting to the Head of CRM, this role will be working across a multitude of channels including direct stores, web and indirect routes, across UK & International markets.
With such high growth in the last couple of years, this is a pivotal time for this brand, and in order to continue making an impact on their already incredibly loyal consumers, this ‘cult’ brand will need you to help influence customer behaviour via targeted communication in both online and offline media formats. You will own the complete process from planning through to analysis, working closely with insight and data teams to plan extracts, targeting and segmentation, and with teams across the business to effectively forecast campaign performance.
In such a fast paced environment where everyone is expected to chip in and be hands on, it will be imperative that you will have prior CRM experience working within the UK Beauty, FMCG or Retail industries, with at least five years proven track record.
