The Global Campaigns CRM Manager is responsible for one of the most important parts in a marketing campaign - the delivery.

Working with numerous teams across the Kindred Group commercial function, you will be the individual ensuring that campaigns reach the customers by making use of a number of platforms and channels.

As well as the delivery itself you'll be responsible for implementing 'always-on' trigger campaigns, automating campaigns and leveraging the marketing technologies to operationalise this across relevant markets.

This is the perfect opportunity for a digital marketing executive looking to take the next step in their career.

Example duties will include:

  • Lead the execution of the assigned Global campaigns ensuring ‘right-first-time’ execution every time across all markets
  • Deliver consistency between outbound communication channels and onsite assets
  • Ensure that the testing process is robust and all campaigns are comprehensively tested before roll-out
  • Optimise campaigns based on best practice marketing techniques like A/B testing etc.
  • Identify any potential issues and liaise with CBMs, Data analysts and various developer teams to guarantee a “Right-first-time’ delivery
  • Identify and drive adoption of enhancements to global and trigger campaigns through new communication technologies
  • Develop trigger campaigns based on specific customer and data insights and respond in near real-time
  • Collaborate on developing, implementing, tracking and optimising the global trigger campaign strategy
  • Ensure that the campaign execution and delivery is completed on a weekly basis and all the relevant stakeholders are informed of the volumes, performance and outcomes
  • Do a comprehensive campaign analysis on a monthly basis and present to the key stakeholders
