One of world's leading legal firms are looking for an experienced key account specialist to manage a small portfolio of their most profitable clients. This outstanding team are willing to consider either Manager or Senior Manager level experience.
This will involve working with Senior Client partners, providing them with detailed sector information and coaching and advising them on client care. The CRM Manager will also develop an existing client feedback program, promoting best practice within the firm and the role will be mixture of internal strategic direction and external client-facing responsibilities.
You will need to have a very strong academic background allied to extensive CRM experience (including some external) gained in a global professional services environment. The CRM Manager will also require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with senior partners and ensure that they are covering every base to maintain their client relationships.
