An excellent regional opportunity has arisen for a CRM specialist to join a top 45 law firm as a Client Development Manager based in their Liverpool office. The role holder be responsible for driving the maintenance and growth of long-term relationships and supporting the development of best practice behaviours in relation to strategic account planning. Responsibilities will include:

  • Account planning and ensuring that an appropriate achievable vision and strategy is in place for clients
  • Coaching Client Relationship Partners
  • Supporting the Bids team to deliver a compelling response to tenders, pitches and presentations
  • Working with the Internal comms teams in the delivery of regular and appropriate up-to-date communications to the firm relating to the client programme and use of the CRM system
  • Designing and delivering appropriate value added solutions in conjunction with clients
  • Ensuring the firm has appropriate MI, newsfeeds and competitor analysis for clients to enhance client interactions
  • Developing links with external organisations who are potential introducers, referrers or clients
  • Working closely with the wider Marketing team using client and market insights to develop campaigns which enhance the market positioning and reputation of the client segment and lead to greater revenue from Generator clients
  • Reporting progress quarterly and annually to the Board

The firm is looking for a confident, assertive and resilient CRM professional with a proven track record of client relationship management in a professional services environment. Commercially aware and astute, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the CRM Manager must be a self-starter, who can work on their own initiative and will be proactive in developing ideas and solutions and has a passion for excellent client service
