Your new role
In your new role as Customer Marketing Executive, you will be reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager, in this B2B and B2B2C role. Your core duties will include ensuring all touchpoints are written accordingly, produce online and offline customer communications campaigns, work with customer experience in shaping and improving customer journey, and working with the digital side of the business to assist in transitioning the company to a digital mentality.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience in marketing with a focus on acquisition, retention and cross sell activity (4 years+), at least 2 years' experience working within digital marketing, strong copywriting and story telling ability, end to end campaign management, and a good level of education. Soft skills required include tenacity, strong interpersonal skills and confidence to liaise with stakeholders. Experience within a regulated environment (i.e. financial services) is highly desired, as well as the ability to navigate Google analytics (or similar) for insights and reporting.
