Multi-billion pound global communications organisations seeks to appoint a Customer Marketing Manager to drive EMEA Enterprise customer marketing programmes. Focused on cross-sell upsell reducing churn and increased revenues.
Using customer analysis to inform retention, upsell and cross-sell strategies and execution. Working closely with other marketing teams and all sales teams / routes to market.
We are looking for applications from Customer Marketing professionals with:
Experience and pedigree within the Telecoms/ IT / Cloud arenas with 6+ years marketing knowledge and success.
An individual with strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
