Job description:

  • Answering phone calls and making calls (no cold calls)
  • MS Office - Word and Excel
  • Negotiating quotes and typing them up
  • Dealing with incoming customer queries
  • Scanning, copying, organising filing
  • Processing sales orders
  • Problem solving
  • Updating customer spread sheets
  • Using SAGE every day
