About the role:
We are recruiting a Data Marketing Manager to join the marketing team within the Education division, reporting to the Customer Insight Manager. The post is maternity cover for the current Data Marketing Manager.
The role is pivotal to the Education division operating with the customer in mind, giving colleagues the tools they need to gather insights, deliver marketing campaigns and build relationships with teachers around the world. The international education market is constantly evolving; our customer systems and databases must work hard to keep up. The role is key in making this happen.
You are analytical and solutions-oriented, comfortable with managing and manipulating various data sets for marketing and sales activity. Proficiency in excel is essential, and experience of working with other data-related software in a marketing and sales context is preferred. Experience with customer systems and business process software such as Salesforce, Spirit and SAP would also be an advantage.
You appreciate the importance of data integrity and understand the ways and means to ensure this whilst upholding best practice in data protection. You are driven to put the customer at the heart of the business. You are able to work effectively with numerous teams across the business including those based in international offices. You are comfortable dealing with peers and senior management, often communicating technical concepts in simple terms.
An understanding of the global education market would be beneficial.
