This will be a role with a heavy lean towards on digital marketing and CRM focused analysis projects, applying data science and machine learning techniques in an effort to innovate through insight, with you being the go to person for all of this, and helping the company to optimise both digital channel performance and customer experience.

They really need someone who's a highly polished user of either Python or R, able to build statistical models and machine learning algorithms, and comfortable using SQL for the basic grunt work.

You'd be joining a newly created team which sits at the centre of global operations, supporting with insights at a country and regional level, and one that's supporting a very strong move towards customer centricity through a data led approach.

The data's in good shape, so you're going to be in a good position to do what you do best - provide actionable insight. It's a very people centred organisation, and with your role being a lynchpin for giving insight based direction, you're going to be going out and engaging stakeholders across the business, making the complexities of your work simple to understand for marketing and commercial audiences. Pulling out the key stories that exist within the data and giving it meaning.

This is an ambitious business that's not afraid to experiment in order to achieve great things. They're welcoming to those who are like minded - preferring action and delivering demonstrable difference to a business through insight, and not keen on corporate red tape and excuses why not to test and learn in order to innovate.

So if you're looking for something fresh, an environment that's fun, engaging, challenging and with a brand name that's sure to add value to your career to date, why not apply to learn more?
