Amazing opportunity for a Database Analyst with excellent SQL skills to develop and deliver ground breaking marketing campaigns within a leading media owner.
We are looking for a very bright, commercially focused individual who is proficient in SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS. Will ideally have worked in a commercial environment with an appreciation of Customer Value
. Able to maintain and develop SQL Server 2010 database.
. Capable of developing SSRS and SSIS environments
. Experience in working in a data-driven marketing environment, with the analytical skills and the strong attention to detail that this entails.
. Someone who can translate complex issues and findings into simple language for all to understand.
. A technically minded Analyst with a marketing database background.
. Strong attention to detail.
. Highly motivated with a strong commercial focus.
. Be willing to immerse themselves in the business enabling them to proactively make recommendations for value driving activity.
. Experience of analytical tools Apteco Faststats would be advantageous though not essential.
. Experience in formulating targeted permission-based online and offline consumer campaigns and measuring their success.
. Experience in consumer segmentation and profiling techniques and how these can be used to target the most attractive consumers, increase the spend of key segments, reduce the cost of acquisition and increase loyalty.
. A strong understanding of direct marketing techniques. Strong commercial acumen. Creative thinker
