The ideal candidate will have experience of working with an analytics agency, managing the database and devising CRM strategy from the findings. You will have demonstrable experience in e-mail marketing and CRM from a strategic point of view in order to increase response and therefore sales to justify team growth.
You MUST have experience in a business with an established CRM strategy and be strong in translating data findings into revenue streams.
Experience of man management would be advantageous as this will have one administrative function reporting into it.
