A new opportunity exists within Corporate Marketing to join a team with an ambitious plan to engage it’s alumni community and maximise philanthropic opportunities. Crossing over two areas, this role will manage the collection and use of alumni and donor data to support the delivery of strategic plans.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the University’s fundraising database, Raisers Edge, which underpins all Development and Alumni activity. You'll be responsible for implementing best practice strategies to ensure data integrity and information cleanliness. You'll review existing data, collect new data and manage that data to inform strategy. With experience in data analysis, you'll be responsible for data mining in order to identify new opportunities to better reach and engage the alumni community and current and prospective donors. Interpreting data, providing analysis and preparing reports, this you'll be key in informing alumni engagement activities and fundraising strategy.
With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification, you'll have significant experience of managing a database and in conducting research and reporting findings. You'll have experience of interpreting analytical data and preparation of statistical and other reports as well as experience of working with confidential information. You'll have knowledge of compliance with Data Protection laws and be articulate and persuasive. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner is essential.
