Précis
The role of the Financial Services Director is to manage and oversee research projects. Reporting to the CEO, the emphasis of the role is to maintain and enhance customer relations through the successful management of research projects. This will include the development of existing client relationships and the development of working relations with new clients to assist with the expansion of the business. You will also act as the central point of contact for clients and other internal staff members and you will also be responsible for the completion of projects on time and budget.
About the Client
My client is based in Kent and and is one of the UK's foremost market research companies specialising in the provision of both full service and fieldwork/tabulation services direct to major UK and international clients as well as to other well-known market research agencies. They provide research solutions for both private and public sector clients for over 23 years, employing over 50 full-time staff, a panel of 300 telephone interviewers for our 80 booth telephone centre, and 3000 face-to-face interviewers across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

What We're Looking For
You will have experience of working in the market research industry and will have developed sound project management skills. You will also have experience in managing projects from start to finish
You should be passionate about market research and should ideally have experience of working in a research agency. You should have knowledge of a broad range of market research techniques and be fully aware of both face-to-face research and CATI interviewing. Knowledge of online research would be desirable.
To ensure that projects are finalised.
To actively and effectively manage costs to ensure that project budgets are adhered to and to show awareness of project profitability implications.
To ensure that clients are satisfied with job progress and any variations to job requirements through regular client contact.
To manage projects on a day to day basis in accordance with the Company's quality control procedures.
