Head of Marketing / Marketing Director Executive Education
Central London NW1
c£65,000 Plus Season Ticket Loan, Pension Scheme, Free On-site Gym and Pool
Our client is a leader in management education, currently ranked joint number one business school in the world and number one in Europe. Their purpose is to develop break-through insights and successful leaders that have a positive impact on business around the world. They are now looking to appoint a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director.
In this role you will join a department that's responsible for developing and delivering the school's marketing and communications strategy through a combination of corporate communications, and brand and campaign management.
As the Head of Marketing / Marketing Director you will be tasked with defining the school's executive education marketing strategy, and translating it into an effective marketing plan that delivers against revenue targets and quality objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Putting in place an executive education marketing strategy
- Developing an international and domestic marketing events plan
- Delivering all executive education events
- Ensuring a seamless partnership with the Head of Communications in response to press-related issues
To be considered for this position you must have extensive experience in a senior/management level marketing role, marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences. You must also hold a professional qualification marketing, such as CIM or similar.
As the Head of Marketing / Marketing Director you should also have excellent leadership, influencing and negotiating skills. Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills are also essential.
Any experience in an educational environment would be beneficial to your application.
