Senior Sales & Marketing Manager / Director Digital Marketing Agency
Worthing, near Brighton
£40,000 - £50,000 (basic) OTE £60,000 - £80,000
Our client is an award winning web design and internet marketing agency chaired by Dragons' Den star James Caan. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager / Director to join their team.

As the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager / Director your role will focus on growing the sales team, spearheading revenue, and taking full responsibility for the company's marketing.
The company specialises in SEO, internet marketing and web design, and you'll play an integral role in positioning and selling the services by identifying key accounts and bringing in high value new business. You'll also develop client relationships, train the sales team to achieve fantastic results, and manage the CRM system.
You will also be required to prospect and target vertical markets, attend meetings, write proposals and establish relationships with agencies and potential partners. Additionally, you'll present at key events and liaise with industry journalists to support the company's profile and general business development.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of:
- Managing a sales team
- B2B sales, gained from selling marketing or digital media services
As the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager / Director you should also possess strong people management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and an innovative, creative and dynamic approach.
SEO sales experience would be a distinct advantage to your application, but is not essential.
