Job Description

Operations Director sought for this integrated marketing agency. Can be based in either of two offices.
This is a new position for this agency and is a business critical role. The Operations Director role is to be positioned as the pivot across the agency departments and technological solutions to ensure the effective delivery of the successful work for the agency. The Operations Director will sit between delivery, planning, insight, technolgy and support teams to ensure that the agency's promise of 'great work, efficiently delivered', is achieved consistently.
This role will require a competent senior level influencer to assess and implement new process, requiring a person of sound experience and calm judgement with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The successful Operations Director will need to develop professional relationships, winning the team's trust and establishing personal authority without imposing will.
Reporting directly to the MD this is a role for a highly experienced manager with a real depth of knowledge of the entire agency process and workflow issues. This is a broad management role requiring the highest levels of project management and service level expectations.
This is a role for someone who really understands the importance of the behind-the scenes organisational requirements of a marketing agency.
