As a Quantitative Director you will lead and develop relationships with top brand clients while managing a dedicated team. You will also enjoy close working relationships with Qualitative teams and will have the chance to help shape and develop Quant research in the business, bringing your creative Quantitative skills to Quant only as well as integrated Quant/Qual strategic studies covering: brand positioning & strategy, innovations and brand development.
A background in Consumer Quantitative research is essential, ideally with some agency experience, though strategic clientside researchers with 'hands-on' research experience are also welcome. You should also have a versatile and fresh approach as no two projects will be the same and sectors will also range from FMCG to Telco, Financial and Services, so variety is definitely the theme. Good commercial and communication skills are also a must as you will be developing business with clients across the whole marketing spectrum, therefore requiring the ability to really understand their agenda and marketing issues.
