Digital Account Manager: Manchester city centre £25 - 30K

An innovative agency who work with a range of high profile clients are looking for a Digital Account Manager within their Manchester office. Few agencies can match the impressive benefits package on offer and the vibrant, exciting work culture so don't miss out!

This new opportunity has been created due to several new client wins and will join an established team led by an impressive Director. Specifically the Digital Account Manager will take responsibility for:

  • Management of several key clients, meeting with them regularly to maintain the agencies relationship with them.
  • Taking briefs from clients and overseeing the completion of work by the inhouse technical team. Work will include web projects, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social and Content campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the clients Digital / Ecommerce strategies and presenting ideas to decision makers.
  • Managing a Digital Account Executive.
  • Supporting with new business opportunities playing an active role in pitches.

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager or Senior Account Executive looking to progress who has experience within a reputable Digital or Ecommerce agency. Excellent client management skills are essential including the ability to challenge and consult with senior stakeholders. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and will have the commercial ability to grow accounts.
