My client, a fast growing financial services company, is looking to add a Digital Analyst to its expanding digital team. Could this be you? Working alongside the digital marketing manager and wider digital team you'll have responsibility for measuring and tracing all of the company's on-line activity (across multiple websites). Most importantly you'll use this data and analysis to help shape the customer's digital experience and journey. You'll play a key role in developing the digital proposition through analysis of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful you'll need to be in a digital analysis role and be an expert user of Google Analytics and be able to use it coordinate proper integration and tagging across the websites and digital communications. You'll be used to reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions and have experience of testing and optimising customer journeys using the likes of Optimizely, Adobe Target and Google Experiments. Crucially you'll need to be able to explain not just what happens on the website, but why, and help put forward recommendations for change.
