Your New Role
As Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for all online content, social media marketing and video campaigns across the company. Working as part of our internal marketing communications team in Shrewsbury, you will develop and drive our online media strategy and manage all our social media platforms to include but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and Google. As Digital Content Manager, your key objective will be to develop and manage a social community structure that engages both existing and prospective customers with targeted marketing collateral including PR and sales campaigns. You will integrate online activity with our CRM Salesforce platform, creating sales opportunities for both our internal and external sales teams. You will also be responsible for unique and focused writing, frequently posting new online content.
What you will need to succeed
To be successful, you must have previous experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role. Strong experience with Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and Google is required due to you having connections with a large number of followers. You must demonstrate the ability to write engaging and professionally for varied audiences within tight deadlines and experience with key words and meta tags is preferred. As Digital Content Manager you must also have Strong SEO skills to drive traffic to our website, alongside Salesforce CRM experience. You will be a strong and dynamic communicator who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
