This is an opportunity to join a small, but highly successful and growing Private Equity backed online B2B and B2C marketing organisation. They are now looking for 2 experienced digital marketing assistants, one based at their Bolton off and the Other in Macclesfield.
Working closely with the Managing Director you will help to implement the digital marketing strategy, controlling all digital/online channels, including their website, e-mail, SEM, SEO, display, social media and affiliate marketing.
You would arrive with good communication & computer skills, well organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, to work as part of a small and focused team that includes both the Directors and the Administration Team, where your role would put you at the very heart of the business.

In summary you will take the digital marketing strategy and activate it.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Graduate calibre in business related discipline with CIM qualification
- Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individual who is hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills and proven influencer of people
- Great collaboration skills, a team player with results oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
- Social media strategy, with a particular focus on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ etc.
You'll be a positive, enthusiastic, self starting and organised individual who's keen to learn and develop. Self-motivated, you'll have a passion for digital marketing and communications.
With excellent communication skills, you'll pay close attention to detail and be able to contribute towards high quality digital marketing content. You'll be happy liaising with a variety of people at different levels to gain information to support your Managing Director and to help you develop your ideas. You'll also be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
A business, communications, advertising or marketing related degree would be beneficial, but not a prerequisite. If you have got a formal marketing qualification that will also help. However, if appropriate they will support you in working towards a CIM certificate, diploma, or similar after an initial period with the company.
