Our client is an award winning North West company within the leisure industry. With a progressive and diverse culture, they now have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to operate as part of a vibrant Marketing & CRM team.
The role is designed to provide support to the various departments across the company and will suit a Marketeer with a broad range of proven digital marketing skills. You will be working with external digital partners and the Marketing & CRM Team, Senior Managers, various Department Heads and their teams, to help them achieve their business aims and objectives.
You will be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of a range of digital marketing techniques and have a significant level of proficiency and understanding of online marketing including social media, blogging, search engine marketing, website maintenance and CRM. It would also be an advantage to be familiar with the local area and the North West of England.
Covering all aspects of the digital marketing mix, the main duties of the role will include:
Implementing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns using a range of techniques
Making improvements to the website and customer journey
Contributing to marketing strategies and plans
Carrying out website updates using in-house Content Management System
Tracking conversion rates and producing management information
Assisting in centralisation of Management Information across the business
Involvement in the social media strategy and company blog
Understanding and using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Day to day marketing activities involving maintenance of marketing files and systems
You will have:
A keen eye for detail and be target focused with a strong commercial awareness and business acumen
A flexible approach combined with great organisational skills and the ability to deal with a number of projects at any one time, prioritising workloads to meet often challenging deadlines
A pro-active, energetic and self-motivated personality
Excellent communication skills - confident in your ability to speak, write, persuade and influence key personnel in different parts of the business.
You will also be:
Qualified to Degree level or equivalent, ideally within Business/Marketing and ideally have 3 years+ experience in a similar role
Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering digital marketing support in a similar business or organisation, together with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
