Exciting ‘Not for Profit’ Digital Marketing Executive supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver motivating digital campaigns

Focusing on one of 3 strategic areas of for the organisation, the primary focus of this role is to deliver targeted digital campaigns aimed at influencing people to make informed decisions and change their behaviour to improve their health and wellbeing.

The role

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, developing and  implementing marketing  projects and campaigns
  • Coordinate and deliver communications plan around digital platforms (ECRM)
  • Input into defining the road map for on-going development of digital products such as the online shop and mobile app, ensuring consistency and integration with broader marketing activity and broader web platforms
  • Write clear, structured briefs to guide project work and external agency providers. Take responsibility for managing agencies to deliver improvements to core digital products
  • Coordinate the rebuild of the online shop, managing ecommerce agency relationship.
  • Input into development of our ecommerce strategy to ensure online shop is efficient, products are marketed in a compelling way and data is captured, stored and used appropriately
  • Undertake extensive desk research to inform marketing initiatives, including the review of academic research, digital and media trend data and previous campaign performance   - educate the wider team on the latest digital trends 
  • Contribute to the assessment of advertising collateral and provide input for creative briefings and communications where appropriate
  • Attend external sessions, including campaign production sessions and focus groups to better understand target audiences and feed into campaigns 
  • Use analytics and social listening programmes to gather performance data to inform the development of products and campaigns.
  • Support in the delivery of the evaluation of marketing activity, comparing outputs against KPIs, creating digital dashboards and communicating with internal and external partners
  • Creating accurate timelines to ensure that deadlines are hit across a range of different projects
  • Raising PO’s and managing the budget alongside the Marketing Manager.
