Location: Shropham, Norfolk

Salary: £20,000.00 to £23,000.00 dependent on experience

Hours: Full time, Permanent

The organisation is a group of companies joining together to create the Global Leader in Physical Activities Provision for Schools, Early Years, and Families.

The group has been providing schools, children and parents with innovative programmes and initiatives for over sixteen years. Established in 1999, they provide a wide range of services to schools and communities throughout the UK.

They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team just outside of Norwich to support the marketing department with all aspects of digital marketing to help achieve targets outlined in the departmental objectives.

The company asks that all candidates produce a Core Values video for 1st interview. This is just a short 2-3 minute video on how they and the work they have previously done aligns them to the Core Values... this can be as fun as you like as it is a chance for you to show them their personality and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • To manage the company marketing systems.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing website strategy.
  • Execute field marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns (email, social and web).
  • Manage Google AdWords campaign.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms.
  • Provide sales team with consistent qualified leads.
  • Organise and maintain Data.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Executive (B2B):

  • Review existing website data and work on improvements.
  • Develop social media marketing strategy, create, manage and grow social media accounts.
  • Contribute to and implement B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Create relevant, engaging written content including PR, website news/blogs and case studies.
  • Provide sales team with consistent qualified leads.
  • Organise and maintain Data.
  • Manage internal Marketing System.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months employed experience in a B2B marketing role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Excellent presentation and organisation skills.
  • Be proactive and resourceful.
  • Perform without the need for micro management.
  • Desire to lead and drive excellence.
  • Copywriting (desirable not essential).
  • Understanding of Google analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and PPC.
  • Professional knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience of writing blogs.
  • An eye for design.
  • Experience with CRM/Internal Marketing Systems.
