We are looking for a proactive and skilled digital marketing professional with strong people management experience and a passion for the technical side of digital marketing. As Digital Marketing Manager and deputy to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for delivering and leading a team of specialists in the areas of digital strategy, web development (CMS), SEO, analytics, paid advertising, CRM (including lead generation), fulfilment and applicationdevelopment, to meet key priorities for 2017.
You will be an experienced negotiator, who is able to work with stakeholders at all levels and highly adept at communicating between technical and non-technical staff. You will knowhow to deal with conflicting priorities and manage high demand for the resource and expertise of you and your team. You will also be results and data orientated, making decisions based in fact and ensuring efficient use of resources and a good ROI.
You will have a broad range of expertise covering all key aspects of the role. Experience in paid advertising, setting up reporting and analysing campaign data in Google Analytics, and working with agencies to achieve the best possible performance is essential. You will also be able to guide, support and advise colleagues on best practice when forming objectives, KPIs and ROI relating to paid advertising activities.
