Our client is a lead generation business who harness the power and scale of digital platforms, in particular social media, to deliver quality leads for their clients.  Their success is founded on getting the most out of three main areas; digital real-estate, bespoke software and data.  They do this by managing campaigns with a team of busy Media Optimisers who are focused on generating a high number of quality leads to their clients and they now have a vacancy for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Forming part of the senior team and reporting directly to the Managing Director your role will be to manage, develop and assist a team of Media Optimisers to ensure the smooth running of the campaigns. As well as leading and coaching the team, including looking after any HR issues, you will also assist with the smooth running of the day to day campaigns, produce reports and continually analyse and optimise the campaigns where relevant. You will work closely with the Head of Data Science on increasing performance levels of campaigns and you will be expected to explore new markets, provide recommendations and come up with and generate ideas for campaigns, leading the way for the Media Optimisers to grow and develop their own roles along the way. 

To be shortlisted for this role you must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and we will need to see a track record of success in a digital marketing role including social media.  We will need to see evidence of identifying target audiences, devising digital campaigns with a solid knowledge of social/website analytics tools and platforms. To be successful in the role you’ll need to be up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, have an enthusiasm for turning data & reports into actionable insights, be highly organised with strong analytical skills as well as having successfully led, coached and developed a team. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder and have a wealth of commercial/business acumen. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual who is comfortable leading a team as well as being part of one, someone who can self-manage and who is keen to see people learn and grow.
