We are looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the message of our changing service profile to our customers in a competitively credible way.
We are investing heavily in providing an Auto-service One-stop Shop and we want our customers to know they are at the heart of everything we do; defining our branch operations around customer-driven initiatives: providing more convenience; more value for money, good customer experience and relevant personalised and salient offers. This will be achieved by way of tightly defined marketing programmes, for example, acquiring new customers and encouraging previous customers to return.
It would be ideal if you have experience of planning or delivering customer insight or marketing campaigns together with the ability to assess the response and return of investment on such projects. Marketing planning, creative team, digital marketing (including SEO, PPC, programmatic advertising and email campaigning) customer insight and data analysis are all important to plan and execute these campaigns.
