This fast growing global consumer lending company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong email marketing skills to join the Sales and Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital communications and will be an enthusiastic self-motivator, keen to face new challenges. You must be creative as well as analytical. You will be responsible for setting up creatives, writing effective direct mail copy, and reporting on and analysing results to feed back into campaign decisions. You will also oversee search, display and affiliate marketing.
You must be ambitious, organised, and able to juggle a busy workload with effective prioritisation and time management, and excellent attention to detail. You must be a fast learner with a can do' attitude who is willing to take on different responsibilities within the Sales and Marketing team. The right candidate will strive to add value to everything that is taken on, and will proactively develop the role.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and improving email, direct mail, and SMS marketing
- Planning and implementing promotional activity to maximise repeat business
- Managing key digital channels, including SEM, display and affiliate marketing
- Involvement in Social Media set-up and maintenance
- Managing PR - generating ideas, proofing and editing copy
- Sourcing and managing suppliers
The ideal candidate will be educated and have excellent experience with digital and web marketing, with a particular focus on email marketing. Experience in Financial Services is beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very fast growing and successful company in an exciting digital marketing role.
