Digital Marketing Manager / Content Manager (FMCG) - Ethical Drinks Brand
Up to £40,000 dependent on experience + discretionary bonus + benefits package

We have raised £15m since 2005, reaching over 3 million people with clean water. Our brand is available through long term committed partners such as Virgin Atlantic, Starbucks, World Duty Free & Bidfood, amongst many others. With a high growth 3 year strategy agreed, we are now looking to recruit an equally ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to build the Brand through a range of digital, PR, social media and customer communications channels.

This role will involve a visit to some of our programmes in Africa to help you generate engaging & inspirational content.
The role & you:
Working as part of an engaging and dynamic team, you will need to be passionate about our commitment to ethical business and helping end the global water crisis. This should be reflected in all communications – online, in print and in person. You will be quick and eager to learn about us and keen to progress within a growing business.
You will often be the face of the brand, writing and publishing inspirational content across our marketing channels and activating our partnerships, influencers, customers, consumers, internal team and online community of over 260,000 social media followers. Although we have been around for over 12 years, we retain a strong challenger brand mentality & your ability to shape the role & our overall consumer & trade comms will be key to success.
To be a success and right for us, you will have the following skills and attributes:
+ An in-depth knowledge and understanding of all things digital and social media, including SEO, AdWords, e mail marketing, influencer campaigns, user generated content, WordPress, online analytics, online sales and social media planning and advertising
+ Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends to continually improve and develop our digital offering
+ Confidence in both written and verbal communication
+ Strategic planning and time management to ensure we create quality content, communications and campaigns for key activities and day-to-day promotional activities
+ A team player who will act as an ambassador for the company: adaptable and resilient with a hunger and passion to succeed
+ A natural engagement with both the company vision & our values (relentlessly enthusiastic, genuine & inspiring)
