The Media Investment team is a new function that is responsible for ensuring that across the portfolio of Sky products, we are maximising commercial opportunities within all media channels. The team is also responsible for the in-house planning and management of the AdSmart product.

Key responsibilities:

This role includes responsibility in supporting the media communications planning process, ensuring our digital investment across campaigns are adhering to the highest standards, ensuring it is responding to the needs of the campaign objectives, driving core business & consumer KPIs and balancing investment levels.

- Implementation of Digital Strategy across multiple campaigns and ‘always on’ solution

- Managing key digital channels – specifically cross platform Display, Video on Demand (VoD), Programmatic and Social advertising, focusing on both existing customer targeting and prospects.

- Delivering integrated digital media planscreative strategy, planning and implementation into Sky UK’s TTL marketing process ensuring digital is at the heart of all brand & trading campaign plans

- Work as an advisor to internal stakeholders on best practice in media planning and the media strategies needed to deliver campaign KPI’s (working closely with the Media Planning Team within Sky and our media agencies)

- Leading the development of the data management platform from both a brand & trading Digital perspective. From defining segmentation requirements to identifying key partners to connect with the platform and overseeing the implementation of these

- Work with all key stakeholders to manage the media, creative strategy & campaign delivery for Sky UK brand & Trading digital marketing communications

- Leading and managing campaigns from planning through to delivery, reporting and optimisation that deliver against key business objectives and KPI’s

- Ensure the end to end consumer journey is seamless across desktop, mobile and tablet devices and tracking extends across media, integrating with both brand and trading teams.

Your skills:

- Demonstrable experience in key Digital Marketing channels

- Proven ability to develop & execute rolling sales plans with integrated promotional and offer based activity

- Comfortable & experienced managing multi-million pound budgets with complete autonomy

- Experienced in delivering Brand & Trading media plans and measuring their performance

- Able to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels

- Demonstrable experience working within a high pressured fast moving environment

- Analytical and numerically savvy

- Able to communicate complex information clearly
