About the Role
They are now looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to provide analysis to define and shape the development of data-driven products, services and solutions that add value for both their customers and the wider business function.
Working closely with product management, you’ll identify and deliver analysis and customer insight to help continuously improve and evolve existing products. You will help to define and develop appropriate reporting metrics, filters, and interactive charts and maps to suit customer needs, and collaborate with squads to develop a new reporting dashboard with excellent data visualisation and user experience. The Digital Performance Analyst will collaborate with Product Leads to explore and understand the possibilities for product/market fit and proactively identify efficiencies that benefit the team in future delivery as well as sharing knowledge with the wider business function.
If you have extensive analytical experience within industry standard digital marketing, data measurement and data management platforms (web analytics, tag management, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation), then they would love to hear from you!
They are looking for an individual who has excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly identify trends, patterns and abnormalities. You’ll have a proven track record of building perfectly designed reporting dashboards, ensuring excellent data visualisation and user experience whilst being able to manipulate and interpret data in order to facilitate different levels of analysis through reporting. With a disciplined and structured attitude to work, you will be able to deliver to deadlines and balance conflicting timescales and priorities. We’d like you to be a strong team player and have advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation strategies as well as associated KPIs.
A certified qualification in Analytics Tracking Platforms would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of the automotive industry.
